Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is completed at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if pricing information was clearly incorrect.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Products
Furniture is made from natural materials, so grain, colour and finish can vary slightly from the photographs. Dimensions are approximate.
Delivery and returns
Delivery timelines and the return window are set out on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying products as described. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse or normal wear.
