How your furniture reaches you, and what to do if something isn't right.
Dispatch
Orders are packed within 2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your piece leaves our warehouse.
Delivery
- Metro areas: 3–6 business days
- Other locations: 5–10 business days
- Large items are delivered kerbside or to your door, depending on access
Returns
Changed your mind? Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving with us.
